Return Policy: Coffee

If your coffee arrives damaged or defective, we'll happily replace it or issue a refund. Please contact us at hello@dontlag.coffee with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item within 48 hours of receipt.

Due to coffee being a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns or refunds for coffee that has been opened or consumed. However, we're always here to assist you if any issues arise. So, please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If you're not satisfied with the quality of your coffee, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@dontlag.coffee with your order number and a brief explanation of the problem. We'll do our best to make things right and ensure that you're happy with your purchase.

If you received the wrong item due to a mistake on our part, please contact us at hello@dontlag.coffee with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We'll process a replacement shipment as soon as possible.

Return Policy: Merchandise (non-coffee items)

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within a year of the purchase date. We'll refund the purchase price of the item upon receiving it back (you pay for return shipping). Please email your order number, name, reason for a Return/Exchange, and the item and quantity you wish to Return/Exchange to hello@dontlag.coffee. We'll contact you with information on how your return will be processed.
