Shipping policy

For the US:

Enjoy free shipping within the USA on all of our custom-order coffees, which are roasted fresh just for you! Due to the roasting process, it may take 1-5 days for your order to be completed and shipped out. We offer various shipping methods depending on the number of bags you order. Typically, 1-12oz coffee bag ships via USPS 1st class, 2-8 bags ship via USPS Priority Mail, and 9+ bags ship via UPS ground. You can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep within 1-5 business days after it has been shipped out, ensuring that you receive your coffee at its peak freshness.

 

International Orders:

For international orders, a shipping charge will be added at checkout due to the higher shipping costs. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery of international orders, and they are not eligible for refunds. While we cannot guarantee the same level of freshness as with domestic orders, your coffee will still be roasted on demand.
